South African artists Sho Madjozi and PS DJZ recently released the long-awaited video for their hit 'Dumi Hi Phone' on 15th December.
Sho Madjozi is most definitely one of the breakout stars in 2017. She has only been on the scene for a couple of months and boy is she doing incredibly well. From dropping some of the biggest hits of the year to featuring at the most sought-after events in the industry; in addition to collaborating with renowned brands, she has surely had a great 2017 and wrapping the year up in style with the latest video for her banger 'Dumi Hi Phone' alongside PS DJZ.
The video is nothing short of crisp and fresh; not that we expected any less from Sho Madjozi, I mean, she's one of the most authentic talented artists in the industry. But we cannot talk about the video and not mention style. The good sis is serving looks, from hair to fashion not forgetting her signature xibelani look but over and above, I appreciate how she embraces her Tsonga culture and how it's naturally reflected through her art. It is refreshing.
My two ultimate highlights from the video - the part where she's kneeling while dancing and the second one is the scene where they're wearing xibelanis with those beautiful black girls sitting on the bed. Stunning!
