Farah is the founder and director of African Star Communications, a PR agency based in Johannesburg South Africa with a branch in Nigeria. They specialise in PR, Events and Publicity.
To many, she's known as the "Pitbull in heels" because she gets thing moving.
African Star Communications is that one reputable agency you would dream of handling all your PR be it corporate or celebrity related.
Apart from managing some of the most talked about events, Farah and her team are also famous for formerly handling PR for SA's self proclaimed Prince of Hip-Hop, AKA and currently multi-award winning rapper Cassper Nyovest whose album Tsholofelo recently went platinum.
Last year at the eKasi Business Conference as one of the speakers, she opened up about her journey to becoming one the most sought after publicists. She revealed how she quit her 9-5 job to start her company. Her laptop, phone and expertise are all she had as well as determination to make it work. Farah also added how this didn't come easy; there were tough times where she didn't even have bread. All she had was a dream and willingness to make it a reality. ( You know what they say, "tough times don't last but tough people do").
Her work ethic as the lady that gets things done has kept her on top of her game and she continues to inspire many by doing what she loves. Her contribution to women empowerment doesn't go unnoticed, ASC is an all female run company; serving us GIRL POWER on a daily basis.
