Critically acclaimed novelist and award-winning Nigerian author, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, has been nominated for a Grammy award for her feminist-inspired collaboration with Beyonce, on her 2013 track 'Flawless', under “Album of the Year” category.
In an interview with Vogue last year, she admitted she had become “bored” by the constant questions she received about the song, but admitted that she was pleasantly surprised by having her thoughts on feminism go “viral” hence the speech was subsequently published as an ebook.
