African Institutions You Should Know: African Leadership Academy

The African Leadership Academy is one of those institutions that grabbed my attention due to the incredible work they do in grooming Africa's future leaders and equipping them with leadership skills through a number of ways. This is done by identify young leaders across the African continent between the ages of 15-19 who have demonstrated leadership.

As their slogan goes, "developing the next generation of African leaders", ALA is a perfect example of what Africa needs, such an institution whose nurturing starts at an early age for Africa's born/trained future leaders.
Part of their program is intensive intellectual growth and hand on leadership development.
