Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Aliko Dangote & More Nominated For Forbes Africa Person of the Year 2014

Forbes Africa has announced the nominees for 'Forbes Africa Person of the Year'. The nominees include happy feminist Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie (writer of Purple Hibiscus, Half of a Yellow Sun, Americanah), Nigerian billionaire Aliko Dangote, South African Public Protector advocate Thuli Madonsela, Arumna Oteh director-general of the Securities and Exchange Commission - Nigeria) and Donald Kaberuka, President of the African Development Bank Rwanda.

The awards will be held at the Capital Club in Nairobi on December 4, 2014.

According to Forbes Africa, the awards acknowledge the individual who, for better or worse, has had the most influence on business on the year gone by. The Forbes Africa Person of the Year Awards has, since its inception three years ago, attracted the highest calibre of nominees from across the continent.
